Instructions

 

What you will need

1. A printout of the blueprint ,

2. a can of Tiger 330ml,

3. fine sandpaper,

4. preferably large scissors since you will be cutting aluminum,

5. and a thick strong double-sided tape.

 

Construction Steps

                 

 

1. Cut the beer can as shown in  two images above.

2. Print out the blueprint

 

3. Cut the can's aluminum sheet until you have the desired shape as above

4. Cut out the blueprint printout and/or trace onto the cut-up beer can.

5. Sandpaper the painted side to remove the paint.

6. Fold along the dotted lines (as in the blueprint) at 90 degrees. Use a ruler for easier folding.

 

7. Walla! You now have a full blown BeerClone.

 

8. When installing, make sure the vortex fins are in a clockwise direction as shown above.

9. Now all you have to do is install it. Make use of a double sided tape to keep it in place.
